1.報名登記資格與對象請詳閱103學年度招生簡章(附件)。
2.幼兒園新生入園登記日:103年4月30日(三)8點30分至15點30分止。
3.登記日攜帶資料:A-戶口名簿正本(務必攜帶，需蓋戳章) B-戶口名簿影本1份 C-預防接種黃卡影本1 份
4.登記地點:本校幼兒園辦公室。
