一、參賽時間：106年5月1日~7月31日
二、凡居住於中華民國境內之國小學童皆可報名參加，組別分為低年級、中年級及高年級組，獲選作品最高可獲得獎金新台幣6000元整。今年新增加揪團獎，集體報名之團體有機會獲得禮券等獎項 。
